Care whilst cleaning your glasses

Always use a Calotherm Calocloth when cleaning your lenses. The Microbre technology is lint and scratch free and will prevent your lenses from scratching whilst cleaning. If your glasses are dirty and dusty remember to blow dust or rinse with Calotherm cleaning solutions before applying your Calocloth and polishing until clear. Try to remove sweat, steam, smoke and some cosmetics from your lenses as soon as possible. These can contain strong acids that may cause damage to

lenses and coatings. Don’t forget to clean your frames as well as lenses.

Care when handling

Use both hands when putting on or taking o your Glasses. By using one hand you may be in danger of twisting your frames out of shape. When folding the arms of your glasses always start with the left arm rst as most frames are designed to be folded in this way. If you start with the right arm it is often more dicult to fold them and continued folding with the right rst may put your frames out of shape.

Care when storing

Don’t place your glasses face down on surfaces as this will scratch the centre of each lens.

Try to store your glasses in a case to protect them from damage. Try not to store your glasses in places that are too hot or cold as this can cause the frames to miss-shape.

Check the screws of your glasses regularly and tighten them with a Calotherm View driver to prevent screws from becoming lost.
